Hi all! I'm Lauren and this is Malcolm Bright from the TV show Prodigal Son. Malcolm is a criminal profiler working as consultant for the NYPD. One of the reasons he's so great at his job is because his father is a serial killer, a particularly prolific one that was active in the 90s nicknamed "The Surgeon". Ten year old Malcolm actually turned him in. Totally normal family, nothing to see here.

Malcolm has a traumatic past, lives with various mental health concerns and hunts killers for a living. Naturally, these things come up in conversation with him. Also, being a profiler, it means that he can probably "read" your character very well aka make assumptions about them based on physical or personality traits. I won't do this without asking, but if you would like to opt out from being profiled or from hearing about his daddy issues, just let me know. You can find out more info about his personality here.

I'm taking him from the end of S1, and since I know at least one person here is watching the show, I'll try not to spoil or will at least warn for spoilers. Suffice it to say that he's going to be very disoriented.

There are a ton of characters here I'd love to throw him against, so I can't wait to play with you all! I just got back home from being out of town, so my inbox is a mess right now, and I'd like to get that down a bit. Once I do, I'll post some kind of intro log for him. Hello, Lauren! I'm Lily and have never seen Prodigal Son but that never stops me because cross canon CR is love. I play Geralt from the Witcher, as well as Claire Temple from Netflix!MCU and Ubbe from Vikings. Can't wait to toss my crew at Malcolm.

He would love to meet all of them! The only one I'm really familiar with is Geralt, but I know Claire Temple is a nurse from NYC. And a Viking is a given. Malcolm collects ancient blades, so he'd probably have some questions about Viking swords and such.

AAaaah YAY! I am so excited to see how Malcolm takes to a fantasy medieval world! And thank you for the spoiler warning. It just gives me a reason to work my way through the first season quicker so I don't have to worry about it XD (I mean, spoilers don't really bother me but it's kind of fun going into Prodigal Son spoiler-free.)

Anyway, I've got Cassandra here, with CRAU from Fasti and the City of Sin, as well as an AU of my Warden Aella Tabris (the AU is one where she is the one who ends becoming the Inquisitor of Dragon Age Inquisition; she's not, at the moment, she's still just Dragon Age Origins canonical. So I hope he likes an elf who swears like a sailor and tends to fling herself into trouble. I look forward to him meeting them both!

The end of S1 is probably so much better without being spoiled for it, trust me. I'll try to be vague in his intro post if I mention it at all.

He's going to be happy that he gets to really learn how to use a sword here, and he'll probably enjoy the vacation from reality, once he accepts that this is his new reality lol. I'd be happy to have him meet either of your ladies. You know he loves throwing himself into trouble too.
