Sansa had been trying to familiarize herself with her new situation as quickly as she possibly could. It was necessary for survival and after everything she had been through in the past years, she would do anything she needed to do to survive. Though, part of her felt as though she must be stuck in some sort of dream or nightmare because everything she'd been told thus far just seemed too outrageous.
She lifted her chin as she moved through the city wearing the clothing that she'd first arrived in, her coronation dress. While it was a beautiful dress, the first thing she would need to do was to find some cloth, thread and a needle. She couldn't wear this dress forever. She wasn't certain what she should do in a place like this but at least sewing would occupy her time and her mind for a while.
She paused for a moment as she turned and headed west, her eyebrows furrowing slightly as she walked. She eyed the various vendors that called out to her and even offered a small smile to the few who didn't seem overly pushy. She hadn't seen a market this big since her days in King's Landing. She paused beside on of the carts that was selling some sort of trinkets.
When she sensed someone beside her, she bit her lip harshly to keep from saying anything but the words tumbled out anyway. "What do you do think these are for?"
02. Exploring - Vasari Forest
In King's Landing, she had often sought comfort in the Godswood. The trees, after all, didn't talk back nor would they bother her. It had been one of the very few places she had been able to go when Jeffrey and Cersei would leave her be. Much the same, she found herself at the edge of the forest, taking comfort in the fact that the trees asked nothing of her and for a while things were quiet and there didn't seem to be anything near by that might shock her. She leaned against a nearby tree and closed her eyes just enjoying the moment of solitude.
She heard footsteps behind her and tensed, not wanting to deal with anyone at that moment. Perhaps if she ended up not saying anything, they would pass by and be on their way without even realizing she was there.
