The horse shifts a little craning his massive neck around before settling. Reins in hand, Merlan clicks her tongue twice, and they're moving at a fast walk.

"We can go faster than this but let's see how comfortable we can get you first," she says with a soft laugh. "Just let yourself move with him, nice and easy. Balance a little more into your butt and legs to seat yourself further against him. How does that feel?"
