"Well, Willow, I think someone just wanted a celebration for the hell of it," Arha says with a laugh, pulling the woman out into crowd with a bright laugh. "Sometimes, those are the best of reasons. I can't argue with that."

There's no particular style of dancing they're doing, either, but Arha's good at improvising and the music kicks up a notch now that there are more people dancing.
