Arha moves quietly, stepping through the forest, leaning on her staff now and again, and eventually coms to rest against a tree. It's a normal tree but there's definitely something abnormal about the skull sitting in it. Her staff tucked against her hip, she works the skull out, humming softly as she does so. Reaching into her bag, she finds a small cloth and wraps it up for a moment before following the sounds of water to a small stream where she lays the skull out in the sun that spills through the canopy of trees. Her dress is long, made of blue linen and some sort of fur, her shoes handmade from Gazin's stalls and she tucks it up under her as she studies the skull's markings.
Angelic, Sumerian, Norse...Celtic, Druidic. Binding and trapping. In order to have this done, well, the magic user who this skull belonged to had to have done something pretty appalling - alas. Her fingers work some mud and leaf detritus from the eye sockets and then she dips the cloth into the river to clean the skull with delicate dedication.
"You shouldn't be in a tree," she murmurs, the palm of her hand brushing the scoring where a knife had engraved a triangle - entrapment of intellect - and a warding. "You shouldn't be in a tree at all, Spirit of Intellect. You should be awake and taking in this forest with me."
She tapped the centre of the skull's forehead and leaned in to whisper.
"Your skull is nice and clean, now. It's time to wake up."
